In the case of a professional adaptation of the engine control, the durability and service life of the engine and drive are roughly equivalent to the standard values, provided that the additional power is used to a small extent, because any higher load will inevitably lead to higher wear Noticeable increases in performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among other things, this is due to the fact that the limits of the performance are not gas-dynamic (knocking) as in the case of the Ottomotor, but, above all, mechanical. In other words, almost every turbodiesel motor can significantly increase the power at the expense of its service life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:80px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-layout-svg-bg has-animation svg-bg-container back no-blur\"><div class=\"svg-10 small opacity-0-5\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TUNING REGISTRATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) Performance increase over 5% up to a maximum of 30%, performance reduction over 5% up to a maximum of 25% (e.g. &#8220;chip tuning&#8221;)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As a qualified workshop for software optimizations, we provide necessary documentation for typing upon request.<br>This is necessary if you want to have your vehicle typed at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Necessary documents for the registration of a software tuning according to the Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology (status 2002):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Approval from the vehicle manufacturer or his authorized representative or civil engineer reports or reports from other suitable neutral test centers (technical services). Statement regarding brakes etc.<\/li><li>Workshop confirmation of proper and professional conversion.<\/li><li>Proof of compliance with the emissions directive.<\/li><li>Proof of compliance with the guideline for driving and stationary noise.<\/li><li>Proof of compliance with the brake guideline (only for performance upgrades).<\/li><li>Evidence of engine power measured according to the applicable directive.<\/li><li>Evidence of the design speed measured according to the applicable directive.<\/li><li>Other required additional evidence will be determined during the examination.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) Power increase over 30% and power reduction over 25%<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4nderungen am Motor welche eine Leistungserh\u00f6hung von mehr als 30 % bzw. eine Leistungsminderung von mehr als 25 % ergeben, erfordern eine neue Einzelgenehmigung. Dazu ist eine Freigabe des Fahrzeugherstellers bzw. ein Gutachten eines bevollm\u00e4chtigten Ziviltechnikers erforderlich.
